Pumping & Maintenance
Pump It On Schedule, Not On Emergency.
A pump out every three to five years is the cheapest insurance on your property. Skip it long enough and solids carry into the drain field, which turns a few hundred dollar service into a system replacement.

What Is Included
A Clean Pump Out And An Honest Look Inside.
We do not empty the tank and drive off. While the lid is open we check the baffles, look at the effluent filter, measure sludge and scum levels and tell you whether anything is trending toward trouble.
If everything is healthy we will say so and put you back on the calendar. No invented repairs, no upsell on parts you do not need.
- Full tank pump out, both chambers
- Lid and riser access, resealed when we finish
- Baffle and effluent filter inspection
- Filter cleaned or replaced as needed
- Sludge and scum level measurement
- Written note on anything trending toward a problem
- Reminder set for your next service interval

Both chambers emptied, and every component checked while we have eyes on it.
04
Close & Report
Lids resealed, site cleaned, and you hear exactly what we saw down there.
